个人简介
俞亚东,副教授,硕士生导师,瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH-Zurich)访问学者,2014年于东南大学生物医学工程专业获博士学位,同年获全国生物材料大会优秀论文奖,2015年获国家自然科学基金青年基金资助,2016年承担国家863计划子课题,同年入选江苏省科协“首席专家”计划,2017年获万博体育bet“科研到款贡献奖”。
主要从事:(i)基于功能纳米材料与微生物结合实现环境污染物降解及农林废弃物资源化利用;(ii)食品保鲜储藏材料制备与应用。目前已在环境、食品领域顶级期刊Water Research、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Critical Reviews in Biotechnology、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,以及Chemosphere、Journal of Proteomics、ACS Biomaterials Science & Engineering等国际主流期刊上,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇,EI论文2篇,申请国家专利10余项,授权6项。

教学与学生培养
承担《生物炼制》、《生物医学工程导论》、《生物医学与工程学的邂逅》等课程的本科教学工作,获得督导和学生的一致好评,发表教学论文1篇,指导本科生论文12人次,同时多次带领本科生开展创新创业项目研究,2019年指导易延亮等参加第四届全国大学生生命科学创新创业大赛,获一等奖(证书编号NDC2019CXCY01883),累计指导研究生10人,其中5人获得国家奖学金,4人获得校级奖学金。
