个人简介

20062011年分别在内蒙古大学和中科院长春应化所获学士和博士学位;20112015年先后在美国维克森林大学、凯斯西储大学从事博士后研究;2015年至今在万博体育bet 柔性电子(未来技术)学院开展新能源材料与器件相关研究。近年来在NatureScienceNature EnergyNature Photonics等共发表SCI论文160余篇,以通讯作者发表论文80余篇,2篇论文入选2021年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。申请/授权中国专利20项、美国专利2项。受邀撰写一部英文专著和一部英文专著二个章节。成果入选2021年度“中国高等学校十大科技进展”2021年度“中国半导体十大研究进展”。担任Journal of Semiconductors青年编委等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目,江苏特聘教授项目、江苏省杰青项目、江苏省双碳项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划项目和国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目,入选国家高层次人才计划青年项目。


研究方向

课题组长期从事钙钛矿光伏材料与器件的研究工作,重点围绕其高效性和稳定性,针对“分子结构-薄膜工艺-光伏性能”的内在关系这一关键科学问题,开展高效稳定光伏器件的研究工作,包括:

1. 离子液体钙钛矿光伏研究;

2. 钙钛矿光伏电池稳定性的研究;

3. 全丝网印刷大面积钙钛矿光伏的研究。
