黄和,教授,国家自然科学基金委、国家科技部、国家发改委、国家开发银行等部门的工业生物技术领域和化工领域的项目咨询专家和评审专家。荣获“南京市2009年度十大杰出青年”、“江苏省青年科技创业明星”、 “霍英东教育基金会第十二届高等院校青年教师奖”、“第九届江苏省优秀科技工作者”、“全国化工优秀科技工作者”、“全国优秀科技工作者”、“第七届江苏青年五四奖章”等荣誉称号,并入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划。获得江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才资助计划。取得中国石油和化学工业协会技术发明一等奖一项,中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖一项。
近年来已经合作出版专著2部,发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录近40篇,年均科研到款500万。
