美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校(State University of New York at Buffalo)博士后。
研究领域:药理学、药物动力学、代谢组学。
在基础研究领域着重于各类新药的临床前与临床的药物动力学、药效学筛选、药理学机制靶点、药效-药动学模型研究,以及骨质疏松症、高脂血症等重大疾病的代谢组学研究。尤其是代谢组学方法学及其应用的研究成果处于国内外前列。
主持了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、黄芪甲苷、磷酸二果糖锶等一类新药的药理学、药动学研究及Etanercept、银杏提取物、硝苯地平缓释片、阿斯匹林缓释片等四十多种新药的药理学、药物动力学、生物等效性研究及相关的新药报批,推动企业新药成果的市场转化。
近年来负责国家自然科学基金三项(主持两项:“二磷酸果糖锶防治男性性功能低下:对雄性素生成等相关基因的调控”、“二磷酸果糖锶盐对抗ET-ROS介导的雄性性功能低下与睾丸退行性病变”;联合单位负责人一项“miR-30a 介导炎症信号的异常转归影响精子成熟的机制研究”);国际合作项目一项(PK/PD/PG/DIS Models for Etanercept Interactions with Cytokines in a Rat Model of RA);省基金一项(抗骨质疏松一类新药的临床前研究);参与国家、省部科研项目8项;主持企业合作项目40多项。申请专利3项(2项授权)。发表学术文章61篇(30篇被SCI收录);参与编写英文论著一部、中文著作多部。
