Doctoral Supervisor, Chief Expert of National Key Research & Development Projects, Director of Food Quality and Safety Center of Nanjing Tech University. Professor Xiong has undertaken a number of national, ministerial and provincial projects, formulated many local and national standards, and published more than 100 relevant academic papers. Now he is the editor of the Series of Teaching Materials for Food Specialty in Colleges and Universities, and the expert of Jiangsu Food Safety Professional Committee.
