Hu Yonghong, Female, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. Executive deputy director of The Synergetic Innovation Center for Advanced Materials. As a visiting scholar, Professor Hu went to the University of Georgia for cooperative research. She has been engaged in the research of biochemical engineering, industrial biotechnology, fermentation engineering and enzyme engineering for a long time, made breakthroughs in basic research, technology development and promotion, and achieved fruitful innovative research results. Professor Hu has won more than 30 scientific and technological awards, such as the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award and the Excellence Award of China Patent Award. Meanwhile, she has integrated scientific and technological achievements into teaching and obtained more than 20 teaching awards, such as National Teaching Achievement Award and Jiangsu Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. The course "Bioseparation Engineering" Professor Hu teaches has been rated as the National Bilingual Teaching Demonstration Course and the National Excellent Course, and the corresponding teaching material is recognized as the National Excellent Teaching Material. |

Professor Hu has published more than 100 papers in the past five years, with more than 80 papers having been included in SCI, applied for more than 50 national invention patents with more than 30 patents authorized (3 PCT International Patents), written 13 works, directed and undertaken more than 30 scientific research projects of the National High-Tech R&D Program of China (863 Program), the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Key R & D Plan. In addition, adhering to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces, Professor Hu has established Industry-University-Research alliances with nearly 10 enterprises and built a platform for talent training and cultivation. Over the past 20 years, she have trained more than 1000 engineering and technical talents. |
