Doctor of Hohai University, Postdoctoral Fellow of Southeast University, Director of Systems Engineering Society of Jiangsu, and Member of Operations Research Society of China. Pan Fang has participated in one project supported by the National Social Science Foundation of China and presided over 4 provincial and ministerial-level projects. In addition to participation in the compilation of 2 textbooks, she has published more than 20 academic papers, of which 2 are included in SCI, 8 in EI, and 12 in CSSCI. One of her papers was awarded the Second Prize of Outstanding Paper Award by China Information Economics Society, and another won the Outstanding Paper Award by the Organizing Committee of Chinese Control and Decision Conference.
