本人主要从事过渡金属二硫族化合物(TMD)的可控合成、新奇物性探索以及低维器件构筑,兼具材料、物理、化学、电子等多学科交叉背景,目前在Nat. Phys.以及Adv. Mater.,JACS,Angewandte等期刊以一作/共一发表学术论文9篇,google scholar总被引用数为1232次。
