Research Interests

-Lead-free perovskite light-emitting diodes

-Lead-free metal halides for X-ray shielding, detecting, and imaging applications


Academic Achievements

In recent years, Prof. Chang has focused on environmentally friendly optoelectronic materials and devices, such as tin-based perovskite light-emitting diodes and copper-based halide scintillators. He has published over 30 papers in prestigious journals, including Nature Photonics and Nature Nanotechnology, and has secured more than five government grants and one industry-funded project.
