Anti-fouling PVDF membrane and new membrane materials

Catalytic membranes for enhancing esterification reaction

Zero liquid discharge membrane process for industrial wastewater
Academic achievements

Professor of Nanjing Tech Universuity, major in chemical engineering, director of Membrane Application Institute, member of China desalination and water reuse society and editorial board of Water Treatment Technology. His research direction is application of membranes in industial wastewater treatment and recycling. He completed lots of important projects from ministry of science and technology, including National Science and Technology Project, National 863 project, National Natural Science Foundation project. He won China National Awards in Sci&Tech twice 2004 and 2019, the first prize of scientific and technological invention of China Petroleum and chemical industry twice, the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Membrane Industry Association, etc. He was rated as national excellent scientific and technological workers in petroleum and chemical industry, the "six talent peaks" in Jiangsu Province, and the young academic leader of "Blue Project" in Jiangsu Universities. He wrote the chapter of ceramic membrane in the American Encyclopedia of membrane science and technology, and Chemical Technology textbook. More than 60 SCI / EI and other academic papers have been published in J. membrane SCI., AIChE J., Sep. purif. Technol., desalination and polymer and 45 invention patents were applied and authorized, including 1 U.S. invention patent.
